<p>Who we are today, is a result of our collection of:-<br />
*<em> memories<br />
* values<br />
* beliefs</em><br />
and the parts that maintain them.  Any incongruities, inability to get things done, or health problems, are a result of basic-level, core-parts conflicts.  Our personality is based on the collection of our memories and templates of perception that are a consequence of significant events in our past.  Some psychologists believe, that as we get older, our reactions in the present are reactions to gestalts ( collections of memories that are organized in a certain way around a certain subject or event ) of past memories and that the present plays very little part in our behavior.  Mind Healing, using Time Line Therapy is a very effective way of healing the past so that we can live in the now and look forward to the future.</p>
<p>Imagine if someone looks at you in a particular way, and your response is negative&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<br />
What happened, was a flashback to a gestalt of earlier memories that caused you to react negatively.<br />
A chain of past memories, has been accessed by a look in the present.</p>
<p>By using TLT past memories can be changed, or the emotion detached, that will change the reaction in the future.</p>
<p>Limiting Decisions can affect our entire life.<br />
The problem with many decisions, is that they were made either unconsciously, or at a very early age, and forgotten.</p>
<p>Psychologists agree, that past experiences determine who we are, and how we act.<br />
Memories are recorded and stored as we age, and with time, have more &amp; more influence.</p>
<p>I have been a practitioner of NLP &amp; TLT, since 2001.<br />
I&#8217;m a devoted learner of anything that comes up in this field.<br />
NLP has changed my life drastically for the better, and I strongly believe that TLT is the most important part in the turnaround I had in life.</p>
